E-Party Account Deletion Agreement

[Important Notice]
Before proceeding with the deletion of your E-Party account (the “Account”), please carefully read this Account Deletion Agreement to understand the conditions and consequences of deleting your account. By proceeding, you confirm that you fully acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

Your action of checking this agreement and proceeding with the deletion process constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all terms of this agreement. If you wish to use our services again after deletion, you may register a new account.

1. Irreversible Action

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your deletion request is submitted and processed:
    • You will lose access to the account and any linked third-party services (e.g., apps, websites, or connected platforms).
    • All account data, including personal information, content, and virtual assets, will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
    • You will not be able to retrieve any previously stored information, even if you re-register using the same email or phone number.

2. Account Ownership Verification

  • You must ensure that the account you are deleting was created and registered by you in compliance with E-Party’s Terms of Service.
  • Account deletion must follow E-Party’s official procedures.

3. Data Backup Recommendation

  • We strongly recommend backing up all personal data (e.g., posts, messages, media, transaction history) before deletion.
  • After deletion, E-Party will permanently remove or anonymize your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Right to Cancel Deletion Request

  • If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, immediately stop the deletion process.

I. Conditions for Account Deletion

To proceed with account deletion, your account must meet the following criteria:

  1. No recent security changes (e.g., password reset, email/phone number update) in the past 30 days.
  2. No suspicious activity (e.g., unauthorized logins, fraud reports) in the past 30 days.
  3. No pending transactions or disputes (e.g., unprocessed refunds, chargebacks, or unresolved support tickets).
  4. No active subscriptions or premium memberships (must be canceled before deletion).

If your account does not meet these conditions, deletion may be delayed or denied.

II. Consequences of Account Deletion

By deleting your account, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  1. Permanent loss of access to:
    • Profile information (username, bio, profile picture).
    • Uploaded content (posts, videos, comments, likes, shares).
    • Private messages, followers, and connections.
  2. Termination of linked services:
    • Any third-party apps or websites connected via E-Party login will no longer be accessible.
  3. Forfeiture of virtual assets:
    • All in-app currency (e.g., Diamonds, Coins), rewards, subscriptions, or unused benefits will be permanently lost without refund.
    • No compensation will be provided for lost digital goods or future expected benefits.

E-Party is not obligated to restore any data or assets after deletion.

III. Cooling-Off Period (7 Days)

  • After submitting your deletion request, a 7-day cooling-off period begins.
  • During this time:
    • Your account remains inactive but recoverable.
    • If you log in, your deletion request will be automatically canceled.
  • After 7 days, if no action is taken, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

IV. Termination of Services

Account deletion results in:

  • Immediate termination of your access to E-Party services.
  • Termination of all rights and obligations under E-Party’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

V. Restrictions During Deletion Process

E-Party may pause or deny deletion if:

  • Your account is under investigation (e.g., fraud, disputes, legal requests).
  • There are unresolved violations of our Community Guidelines.
  • Required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.

VI. Post-Deletion Responsibilities

  • You remain responsible for any actions taken using the account before deletion.
  • E-Party reserves the right to retain certain data if required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
